mixed experience during stay
warm roomdisgusting attitude
the room was quite warm i could not adjust the air conditioning. management stated i could open the window. however the outside noise and smells were not pleasant. the attitude from management was disappointing it did not improve the situation.

the breakfast had several types of bread, fruits, and pastries. the metro was only 400 meters away, VERY convenient. and a bus stop was right across the street.
the exterior had some weeds and garbage clutter, it needed cleanup.

The breakfast included the famous pastel de nata, a nice treat. the room was clean. the hotel's location was close to the main street, avenida liberdade. It was a short walk. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small. the wifi was not good. the carpet in the room wasn't great. I prefer hard floors. also, the bed wasn't that comfortable i could feel the springs.

the location was easy to find and the rooms were acceptably clean
I was disappointed with the room size, it felt quite small. the wifi was also very unreliable. I struggled to maintain a stable connection. the carpet seemed old and worn, it really detracted from the overall feel of the room

the location was superb.. we could easily walk to many attractions. the front desk staff spoke english fluently and were very helpful. i found the breakfast to be really good, offering a varied selection. the rooms were clean and just the right size for our needs.
the room felt a bit warm and i couldn't adjust the air conditioning to my liking.

The housekeeping failed to properly clean the room. i found the staff left their cleaning rags behind. the tissue box was also empty. i had to ask the front desk for a replacement, which took them three hours due to their workload. it was quite an inconvenience. I found it rather frustrating

the staff was nice and allowed us to check in early. the breakfast selection included several choices and everything seemed fresh. i found the location close to several shops, so it was easy to get what i needed. the bed in my room was comfy.
the room smelled like someone had smoked there. the ventilation in the room felt poor. i had a view of metal structures like stairs outside the window.
